Hello everyone,

Okay recently I tried to quit my course at Plymouth University, but I've had some trouble trying. Apparently it's not that easy any more, as I want to attend another course at the University I have to complete at least my first year before doing so. So, I've had a lovely long talk (an hour and half, long talk) with the course leader and he's persuaded me to stay on the course, but barely.

It was a very emotional talk and has caused me to reflect on myself as a person, as well as my work. I have now got to complete the last 8 weeks of work to complete the first year, it shouldn't be too bad. Although the year is already part way through a project which I will have to catch up on. So what I'm going to do is, stop.

And just start again.

It's going to be so difficult, but I have to stay positive. I'm going to be making myself a new blog to be able to keep my frustrations in check, and I'm going to be attending University every single day of the week. This is going to be extremely stressful but I'm going to have to push it aside.

So let's get to business.

I'm going to be making another blog today, just something simple to post on, to vent any frustrations. Once I've done all the work I need to, then I shall be looking into decorating the blog and turning it into something a little more snazzy, so to speak.

Until then, I shall try and update you on this blog about my writing, and I shall also be updating you on my weight watching blog as well. Although I have to go back to University it doesn't mean that I have to stop going gym.

Small Mercies Widget

STORY INFO: Small Mercies

It's incredibly how one story can stop you dead in your tracks, and I truly believe that is what happened with myself and Small Mercies I could only focus on Dreams Series for a while but then suddenly, everything changed.

Small Mercies has consumed me whole, it's all I can think about. I attempted to work on the next chapter of Dreams and I just couldn't focus, not even slightly. All I can think about is this Paranormal/Horror that I've suddenly begun re-writing. It's an unusual story.

It's the type of story I'd usually write, it's definitely more dark, aggressive and mentally disturbing. But there is a layer of strange that has drawn me in, kept me wondering. I just can't seem to think of a decent enough storyline, which worries me.

I really want this story to be a good one, it's just trying to create one that is in fact good. I have made myself a new cover though, he is all of the covers I've actually had for this story so far. I hope they are improving, you could always leave me a comment if you think I am.

 I've put them all in order of how I've designed them and I actually adore the image I've used for the latest one, it's got such an incredible look to it, it's unbelievably. I must find the photographer and make sure they get full thanks for the incredible image, which fits perfectly with the story.

If you would like to read my favourite story at the moment, I have two chapters up at the moment and am currently working on the next chapter. It's already having a strange turn, but it's definitely going to be interesting.

STORY INFO: Dreams Of The Descendant

It's become an obsession.

Dreams Of The Descendant is officially my obsession, it's the only story I can ever think about it's just beyond mind blowing. I actually can't wait to finish the first book, so I can start on the sequel's. They are going to be intense, plus I can't wait to get it out of my head and onto a page.

I have been completely obsessed about my main characters as well, they've been developing far more than I genuinely thought they would. It's going to be interesting to see how they develop further into the story.

I've also been working on my covers for the story, yet still can't seem to settle on an imagine. I definitely think it needs more work, but I've still to decide how.

I'm not quite sure why the cover is coming up so bright on this, it's actually a lot darker than this, but it's a start that much is for sure.

Okay I didn't realise until I posted this, that it is actually coming up the correct colour. For some reason it's just coming up incredibly bright when I added it to the post.

That's a bit strange.

Harley Harper Widget

STORY INFO: Harley Harper

I cannot believe how long it's been since I've last posted on this blog, I can quite honestly say that time has just disappeared around me. I've lost all track of time in these past few months, especially with University starting and then don't even get me started on the two jobs that I have.
I am slaving away constantly trying to earn the slightest amount of money, and all for what? To get myself out of debt and to finally live comfortably? Sounds about right.

But now...

I'M BACK.

I've already began re-reading Harley Harper in hope of rekindling my love for it, and I can honestly say it has worked yet again. How amazing is that? I've finally began imagining every scenario that I every imagined and I feel like I'm getting back on track again.

It's going to take some time and effort before I am fully happy but I guess everyone has to start somewhere, and this is my starting point.

I thought I'd post a wonderful little widget as well, so you can preview the first draft of Harley Harper.

STORY INFO: General Story Update

I've been thinking about all of the other stories I have on my Wattpad account and how I never update any of them, I don't even let people know as to when they'll next be updated, so I thought why not make this blog post to give everyone a nice in-depth look into what's going on with these stories. This way, everything will be more clearer and people won't have to worry so much about updates or if I'll ever be working on them again.




TEAR ME PIECE BY PIECE.

First off, I have Tear Me Piece By Piece this one needs some work, as I've only been able to create a more in-depth prologue and a quick blurb for it, but other than that the story has not been written any further. I am going to be working on this one, but I don't think it'll be a main story, I think I'll be working on when I have far more free time. This one is definitely going to be a slow updater. As it's based on a true story, I have to decide on how much of the truth is going to be part of it, and the rest will have to be altered for dramatic reasons.

I also think with this one I'll begin writing it more privately and once I'm happy with the outcomes, I'll begin looking into updating it online. I haven't had any demand for this story yet, especially as seen as it's just barely begun but I have a funny feeling that this story won't do as well as I hope.






HARLEY HARPER. (WATTY AWARDS 2013)

Okay, now time to explain my favourite story at the moment. This one I be updating regularly, I know it's definitely buzzing around in my brain. The storylines are basically writing themselves and the characters are growing on their own which is amazing, I can't even get over how great a couple of the characters are and how they're going to develop further on.

I am trying to update this one as much as possible, preferably once a week if I can, maybe even twice a week if I can. It's definitely going to be difficult as I have a couple college projects which I have to do as well.

Also, with this one I'll be considering making a new cover for it as well.

THAT ONE GIRL.

This one is definitely going to be slow updates, as I somehow have to plan the storyline and develop the characters. This one doesn't write itself as I would have hoped and  I have to plan out every tiny detail before writing it, as I don't quite know what path I want to take with this one.

I can't imagine this one will be finished by the end of the year, perhaps not even next year, it'll be extremely slow updates perhaps, one a couple of months maybe not even that.

Although, the cover will stay the same, which is going to be great!






IT'S ONLY THE BEGINNING.

I've got high hopes for this story but the only downside is that I have to re-write it, it originally was a little bit rubbish and the layout wasn't too great either. Now I am re-writing it in my new style and I'm also altering some characters back stories and their style and personalities, this will help improve the story and give it a little bit more structure.

I can't imagine with this one I'll be updating very regularly as it's going to take a while to re-write it, but I think with a nice long day and a few too many cups of tea I'll be able to get a chapter out a month, it'll definitely be something to aim for.

I can't imagine I'll need any more than that as, it's going to be a slow story but when I do it, I'll try and do as much as I can.


I think for now I'll keep these four up, although I am going to create another post to finish off letting you know about all the stories that is on my Wattpad, but for now you at least know half of that.

I think with a bit of hard work and determination I'll be able to find a good way of writing all of this and planning whilst also keeping up to date with every other story as well, and not getting behind on college work either, as that can be a major pain in my bum.
